When you purchase an ApplySure subscription, payment details are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your credit card or UPI PIN data on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
- To automatically resize, format, and optimize your photos and signatures to meet strict government and banking exam guidelines (e.g., SSC, UPSC, IBPS).
- To securely store your formatted documents in your personal dashboard so you can reuse them.
- To send critical transactional updates via WhatsApp or email (e.g., payment receipts, account access links).
Data Security & Encryption
Enterprise-grade encryption protects every file you upload. Only you — while authenticated into your account — can view or download your documents.
We utilize enterprise-grade security to protect your data. Your uploaded photos and signatures are encrypted and stored in secure object storage. Only you, while authenticated into your account, possess the keys to view or download these files. We do not use your personal images or signatures for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

Data Deletion
You own your data. You can request the complete deletion of your account, including all stored photos and signatures, at any time by contacting our support team. Upon request, your files will be permanently wiped from our servers.
