- You agree not to use ApplySure to forge documents, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activities.
Payments and Refunds
- ApplySure is a paid service. Access to premium formatting and storage features requires a successful payment.
- All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
Refund Policy — Because our service processes and delivers digital goods instantly, payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical failure on our end that prevents you from downloading your formatted documents, please contact support for a resolution.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Important: ApplySure does not guarantee acceptance of any document by an exam conducting body. Final acceptance is at the sole discretion of the respective government or banking authority.
While ApplySure uses advanced algorithms to format your images to match official guidelines, we are an independent utility tool. We do not guarantee that an exam conducting body (e.g., SSC, UPSC) will accept your application. Final acceptance of any document is at the sole discretion of the respective government or banking authority. ApplySure is not responsible for application rejections.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ApplySure and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to missed exam deadlines, application rejections, or loss of data, arising from your use of our service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
